Provincetown on Cape Cod

Provincetown on Cape Cod
All of the towns on Cape Cod are great to stay in and they each have their own unique places to see and things to do. One of the neatest towns on Cape Cod is Provincetown. Provincetown is also known as Ptown and it is located at the very tip of Cape Cod. Ptown is known for the local artists and fisherman. The town of Provincetown is located on a one way street that meanders along art galleries, shopping and restaurants. While visiting Cape Cod and Ptown make sure to try some of the local restaurants and walk up the Provincetown Monument. There are beautiful beaches in Provincetown as well as excellent places to stay such as B & B’s and motels and hotels and more.
Living on Cape Cod is a great step if you have come and visited Cape Cod and you have fallen in love with its charm and character. But just we aware that the wintertime on Cape Cod is much different than the summertime on Cape Cod. There are not as many people on Cape Cod in the winner and a lot of the local stores and galleries and restaurants close down for the winter. People who live on Cape Cod like to enjoy the serenity of Cape Cod in the winter and also enjoy the crowds in the summer. Whether you are visiting Cape Cod or living on Cape Cod, Cape Cod is like no other place I have been and it is just a great place to come and stay and enjoy when you can.
When you simply want to escape the hordes that descend upon these popular beaches, make the journey beyond the breakwater by catching the water shuttle set for Long Point. Nicknamed “the end of the earth” by locals, this last bit of land is the resting point for the 1827 Long Point Lighthouse and offers a sandy shore for even more beach front excitement.
